My team member, called your office several times and each call was disconnected before she was given the opportunity to provide the requested documentation or verify who she was.

You stated that the call was terminated because she had a “thick accent.” That raises a genuine concern for me. Are clients with foreign accents not given the opportunity to identify themselves before being disconnected?

She was calling on my behalf regarding a legitimate insurance request for my client’s property and had all the documentation you requested. I believe every customer deserves to be treated professionally and given the opportunity to verify their identity before assumptions are made.
