"I was contacted yesterday December 3, 2024 by Tammy from Amanda carling office that she will cancel my new policy from period November 16 to December 3 .. which means my old policy that with you should been canceled . I contacted you many times since November 13 ,2024 by text by phone and by State Farm 800 number to cancel my policy and still hasn’t been canceled . I tried to call you again and again and you never answered the phone .. on public here I’m telling you again please cancel my policy since November 16,2024 and here is a screen shot of our communication. Very disappointing .. so I suspended all business with State Farm . So please politely cancel all my polices and I should get a refund for 2 days since my policy ended up November 16 and it expires 18 .. so I need my two days refund please"

"Contacted Sher's office using the State Farm web quote system with an important question regarding what I need in a policy and received a response from Tambi which completely ignores the question. She instead quotes me a price even higher than the website already quoted me, and then just says okay have a good day when I point out that she hadn't bothered to answer my question. I'll just keep looking."
